CARGO THEFT RECOVERY EXAMPLE
On Saturday, February 16th the ShadowTrack 24/7 Command Center received notification from our Customer that a shipment had been stolen. The theft was escalated to the ShadowTrack 24/7 Asset Recovery (STAR) team who quickly located the shipment, which had an ST-Solo GPS tracking package embedded in the cargo. The STAR team notified local police and provided dispatch and the responding police patrols with real time access to the device locations on their phones. Responding police patrols were able to locate the trailer, which had been separated from the tractor, and made a full recovery of the cargo.
